Bells

Redstart was given its name by Langley Willauer of Hope, Maine, who was the first to download it to iTunes.

Ragged Mountain owes its name to one of the seven hills in Camden, Maine. The recording exists because Dana Rae Warren of Searsmont, Maine, gave us a deadline and we couldn't let her down.

A Love for No Reason
Ian Brooks of Exeter, New Hampshire, knows the theme by heart and noodles with it on the guitar and the piano.

Susan was originally a vocal piece written in Bloomington, Indiana. That version was sung by David Gunnip and Rushmore DeNooyer and then by David Gunnip and Dianne Rascona in New England and in the Virgin Islands. Rushmore lobbied for the instrumental arrangement; Malcolm was hesitant, but Rushmore was right.
